UBJ. assists corporate clients from different sectors throughout Germany in the areas investor relations, public relations, IPO services as well as in corporate actions.

Fundamental tasks such as conception and design of compulsory publications, the organization of general meetings, planning and execution of analyst and investor events, conception and implementation of public relation as well as the organization of shareholder surveys are examples from the daily business of comprehensive IR consulting.

The management

• In the beginning of the 90s, Ingo Janssen was one of the first professionals dedicating themselves to IR, PR and IPO consulting to German companies.
• Christian May, former CFO of a quoted company, came to UBJ. in 1999 and is in charge for the development of our AGM division. Today, UBJ. is one of the leading German companies offering AGM services.

One-stop service

We assist our clients in all communication tasks such as the edition of fact books or image brochures as well as the preparation of company presentations and speeches for various events. This also comprises personal coaching of the managing board, supervisory board and the persons responsible for IR in the forefront of general meetings, interviews, one-on-ones or other interactive presentations.

This is accomplished by basic services, as for example the development of an individual IR strategy or the implementation of high-value online investor relations. Our expansive contacts are an important capital for successful IR which we utilize for our clients' benefit.
